My morning green sludge recipe that tastes so good I wish my girlfriend would try a sip instead of running away screaming is:

1. Blend tbs of raw almond butter (Trader Joe's has it cheap) with some water to make a "nut milk" base.

2. Then add: a banana, a tbs of raw cacao nibs, a tbs of raw honey, crushed ice, and fill with water up to about one finger below the top of the ice (I'm a bartender and work in a place where we do tons of blended margaritas and pina coladas). BLEND.

This smoothie is easy and tastes superb. It doesn't have the fresh greens, but you can add them if you like. I don't because I eat a mixing bowl sized salad every night for dinner (I am trying to do 60 days 100% raw).

Optional add-ins that I like are:
-tbs coconut oil (this %$^# is like butter but good for you!)
-maca powder (kinda like potato flour but supposed to be very good for you and mates well with cacao?)
-hemp seeds or hemp oil

Hi there - I've just returned home from my trip to thailand where I ate the raw pizza - as I have a policy of not posting recipes until I make them myself - I am currently researching ideas and will definitely post them as soon as I figure it out! I'll make it a priority for you! As for blueberries - I buy them dried - they are yummy though!

You mention these foods here ... raw pesto and RAW PIZZA and there is no recipe ...

My mouth is WATERING over here ... with the thought of raw pizza....

you MUST help me with this.

Hey ... do you know how long it takes to dehydrate blueberries ... seemed mine took FOREVER! Wondering if it's worth it or should just buy them?

I need to start eating something besides avocados and bananas ... not loosing any weight but FEELING SO MUCH HEALTHIER now that I'm more 'raw'.

I will still eat eggs. They are my love.
